I grew up learning how to stay strong on the outside while carrying a lot on the inside. For years I lived with tension, fear, and a quiet sense that something in me was not settled. That search for stability led me into nervous system work, energy awareness, and deep presence.
I saw how the body holds old patterns and how life changes when those patterns soften. Now I guide people who feel overwhelmed, wired, or disconnected from themselves. I help you come back to a calmer place inside your own body, so you can move through life with more truth and ease.
